Tunisia shattered Madagascar’s dream in Africa Cup of Nations run in the quarter-finals with a 3-0 win at the Al Salam Stadium in Cairo as they reached their first Africa Cup of Nations semi-final since 2004

Madagascar were trying to become the first newcomers since South Africa in 1996 to reach the semi-finals, but their hopes were demolished.

Tunisia are to face Senegal in the AFCON semi-finals.

The Super Eagles gets celebrated by their fans as they left Cairo Stadium after win against Bafana Bafana. Gistvic Reports.

The super eagles beat the Bafana Bafana of South Africa, 2-1, at the Cairo International Stadium to progress to the next level in the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Egypt 2019.

A phone thief met his end on Saturday night at Umuerim community, Nekede in Owerri West council of Imo State when an angry mob set him ablaze and watched him burn to ashes. Gistvic Reports.

The deceased suspect who was said to be about 40 years had at about 10 pm on Saturday allegedly robbed a female student of Federal Polytechnic Nekede of her phone with a locally-made gun.

The lady it was learnt, raised the alarm which attracted members of the vigilance group within the area who reportedly apprehended him while he was trying to escape and disarmed him before angry youths who also arrived at the scene immediately set him ablaze.
