In Philosophy, there is nothing like a recourse to biblical injunction.
Any attempt to do that amounts to the trivialization of the thoughtful
thinking man's thought process. Philosophy does not meddle with
wishful thinking nor does it swallow a full time wishful thinking.

As to your question, a similar philosophical scenario is: What sets the
other in motion? What begets the other?

Note that in the Aquinine proof of the existence of God in the Thomistic
Metaphysics, one of the proofs holds that Whatever is moved is moved
by another. Thus, in the same line, a chicken must somewhat come first
to produce an egg when it s fully blossomed, which will later hatch into a chicken.
In other words, the cycle continues. Note that Philosophy goes beyond mere religious
thinking. When religious is brought into the parlance of Philosphy, it must pass thru
d crucibles of strong critical examination.

Please Jaylinaa and other thinkers in the house, whenever you are given a
philosophical problem try as much as possible to connect it the course and
the thought processes of great thinkers while giving your own contribution.

My present observation in Lagos is a situation whereby the incumbent government is struggling to show something for their tenure. The best way I have seen Fashola expressing that is by pulling down structures, all in the name of constructing either this or that.

The funny thing is that in most cases, churches are pulled down. I have never witnessed a mosque pulled. What I want to know is whether the man can pull down a mosque? Why are Christians being victimised in disguise?

Heard from the news recently that the members of the National Assembly are pressing for a Travelling Warning to be issued to Nigerians about travelling to South Africa.
