The Makari Extreme Carrot & Argan Oil Skin Toning Milk is an effective natural-based skin brightening/lightening lotion sold at a reasonable price. The product meets pretty much all the criteria for a 20th century skincare product especially if you are keen on natural-based cruelty-free products.
