Such that are installed in big super stores that will contain things like: WELCOME TO CSC ICT CENTER, WE SPECIALIZE IN THE FOLLOWING... and periodic updates will be made on what is playing or displaying live. Albeit you MISTAKENLY got 12, that is not the evaluation procedures. Follow BODMAS, meaning 'Multiplication' first i.e. 3*3 = 9;
then, the expression becomes:
3+9-3+3. But BODMAS says you can treat 'A' &'S' on the same level.
This implies: 3+9= 12. Where:
-3+3 = 0.
