Some people find themselves in environments that they probably were not responsible for, or were responsible for. Immediately they settle in that new environment they start inclining to the low status of the new environment even when they know that they are higher. For example you see a young man who prior to were he was coming from never wore bathroom slippers and boxer's (pant undreware) only, outside his home, but suddenly finds him self in a community that is of low status from were he is coming from begin to do same.Saying ' Does it really matter' No you don't CONDISCEND to a low life rather you uplift your self in that environment and upgrade the people there. Also probably you were posted at work, to a new department in your office, realising that the way of operations there is of low standard from were you are coming from don't align yourself to that low standards, rather uplift them with your new thinking. It might cost you time or resources, act that way because you will be a better person.
Also probably you join a group and you realise their low standard of operations, don't CONDISCEND to their low operations, bring everyone to your level of thinking.

Life is all about perspective. How you see, how you hear and what you call yourself.
Many have been called several names that was against what they know they can become and achieve, some of them accepted it and became as such. In life what you are called is not as important as what you choose to answer. There is a cliché that says' Many are called few are chosen' the truth is that, is the few that choose them selves. For example any body can call you a failure because you failed in an area, if you accept, that is were the problem is.
No body should judge you by the colour of your skin, height, education, family, religion, gender,but rather by the content within you and what you can become.

Many find themselves in situations that are not favourable, and the next thing they start using the word ' AM CONFUSED' the moment you talk like this, everything about solutions in your mind will shut down, rather say ' AM IN A DECISION MAKING MOOD'. then you will turn on the power of solutions in your mind. It will not be long, you will come out of that disorder state.
START TODAY, TO USE THE RIGHT WORDS AND CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

Many have arrived at destination they don't like, but sadly, their decisions brought them there. You will not be able to change your destination over night.Remember it took direction to get you there.You might be experiencing depression, frustration, health challenges and finnacial lack. You might not be able to change this destination over night but guesswhat? you can start today to alter the direction, so it can take you to your desired destination. For example you find your self in debts, now to come out of it, you need to take a new direction firstly by not borrowing again, so your final destination will be debtfree.
Or a health challenge, you might not be able to upturn the health challenge over night, but you can take a new direction that will lead you into a better health.
CHOOSE A NEW DIRECTION TO LIVE BETTER TOMORROW.

With what I can relate from your story, the two most important things leading to your depression is finnacial pressure and competition with friends.
Firstly you must stop the pressure by letting your family know your finnacial status, they should not overestimate you because you live in Abuja. The month you are not able to send money to them, don't borrow or pressure your self to do that.
Secondly live within your means, If your house rent is too expensive move to a less expensive one.
Thirdly, let your sibling living with you know your finnacial state, that will help him develop an entrepreneur skill, because he will know if he depends on you 100% in school he might be surprised, so get him a skill to learn so he can start something for himself.
Fourthly, you must understand that your expenditure and Consumption will increase, but if you do nothing about your finnace your income will realtively be the same. Seek another source of income, apply yourself in the direction of your gifting.
Finally stop using your friends as a bench mark for your success, ' It is not first to start, that is first to finish' let your past become your motivation.Only get inspired by their success.
Above all seek the face of the God

Hello, you can actually stop it if you want to. It's a habit, you were not born with it, you acquired this habit along the way in your life. You can still drop the habit.
Firstly agree to stop it in your mind
Create an habit tracker on a daily basis
Discipline your self to keep to the daily tracker for atleast a month.
Remember because you said you want to stop, does not mean it will automatically stop You must participate in your rescue.
The urge will come but self discipline is what will keep you from it.
You can avoid been alone for some time, when you have the urge for it go out to were you have people.
Also always distract yourself when you have the urge, get more activities around you.
Above all trust God for a change.

Yesterday in Nigeria, history was made. We had new governors as well as past governors. It amazes me how we ascribe the title 'former governor' even after ten years out of office. The question is, When did ' former governor' became a tiltle?
We tend to allow our past successes and failures to hold us back from making progress into the future. You often hear the word 'one time' 'former' 'use to' what are you now? is what is important, and what you will be tomorrow ?
History is a good reference point in our lives today, but remember the past has gone it is irreversible you can't live it again, but there is hope, because you have today, and can apply yourself today, to live your dreams tomorrow.
Am yet to see an athlete on the race track that will always turn back to see what is behind him, rather his focus is ahead.
Stop getting angry with the past or who made your past difficult .Focus on the future and make a difference. No matter were you are coming from, the future can still be great.
FOCUS ON THE FUTURE TODAY.

Think Ownership everytime. It is great to work for big organisation, but always think of owning them. It begins with a thought, it will not be long enough you will journey in that direction. If a man can work for a bank he can own the bank, if a man can work for an oil company or even a school he can own them.

In life people are sent to liberate others in different ways, either through education; formal or in formal. Often times many never want to participate or play their role in the uplifting process. Most people are in debts today, primary because of the decisions they made. To borrow is not a bad idea, but when you become a borrower that's were the problem is. I found out the reason a lot of people are in debt, is not because they could not have avoided it, but because it has become a
stronghold in their minds and gave them a mindset that other people's things belongs to them and that's the reason they don't pay back.
it is better not to borrow at all personally.A business entity can do if necessary. when you borrow it gives you a sense of slavery and all your personality and integrity is washed away.Don't be a slave to anyone, start the process of paying your debts today. Yes you can.
Borrowing start from taking a match stick or pen from someone it then graduates to money and bigger money. anytime you believe what you have is not enough don't think of borrowing rather see how to work with it or increase it.
Never say in my country i have no choice than to borrow.

When you find yourself in a new environment, a new job, relationship, new house,always come with a mentality to make that place better than you met it. for example some one gives you a car to use for a while don't just return it without washing it, make it better than how you got it.
always seek to add value anywhere you are, not to reduce value. You must leave your name in the signs of times.That's why there is a common saying " Do not go were the path may lead but go instead were there is no path so you can leave a trail.....Become a trail blazer

Most times we promise and soon often fail to meet up. We should learn to under-promise and over-deliver.
A lot of people borrow money and refuse to pay back and as such, often don't get from that person or source again.
One way of building trust is to pay back what you owe and after some time borrow again even when you don't need
the money and ensure you pay before the due date. It is better to promise one item than promise two items and don't meet up. rather promise one item and deliver two. When you act like these often, it will build trust and confidence.

When you apply your self, there is no limit who you can be.
Continuous investment in your self in the aspect of your dreams
will make you outstanding. Make sure you make everything you do outstanding.

As long as you are on earth you must have favorable and unfavorable things happen to you. The question is how do you receive and manage
them to get the best of that circumstances. If you have an attitude of complaining and always blaming the circumstances it will definitely slow you down in the progress of life. I will give an example; If you stay in a community that electricity is always an issue, because of that all the water and drinks are never
cold, why cant you sell ice-blocks instead of complaining.

Winning is not difficult, but is hidden in action. What it take to win in life is inside you. Nature never created a failure. If the circumstances of your birth was not favourable it is irrelevant. The day you decide to win, you will be amazed how inner strength will come from within. Winning is you and you are winning
