The only reputable licensing institution in Nigeria is the Lagos state lottery board, any other one is just eye-service. They are not licensed.

This exactly is why I don't like staking on options where getting the stats will be difficult. There's clearly an error here, on bet365 throw-ins in first half was 8:9 (close call). I'm currently chatting with them.
