Is it possible to get a contact for tls Abuja that isn’t mail.
There must be something wrong there as no news of any Abuja visa for a while now

I called them at midnight concerning my husband's application. I mentioned that 15 days had elapsed and all she told me was that a decision has been made and he'll be contacted soon for his passport.

I hope this turns out to be true 33 working days here and it’s really starting to be frustrating with deadline almost here.

Yes they did, I’ve been trying to reach them but they never pick, this morning I set my mind to ring them by 7am on the dot and I did then the guy told me standard visa processing time is now 30-35 working days.

They said that? This is serious
I don’t even mind the 35 days let it just come ASAP

Mine ended yesterday so I called this morning and the reply I got was they can’t escalate that home office will contact me if they need something or decision was made. A lot of people I applied with in Abj on same date have gotten so it’s quite ��‍♂️��‍♂️

Hmmm probably because they are aware of the delay and can't do shit about. My fifteen days escalation will end tomorrow and nothing has been done.

Please did anybody noted ukvi have stopped the escalation service.

biometrics date : 27, september 2021

40th working days today on point.

we shall all get positive response in Jesus Name.

This decision was it Abuja or Lagos

Please has anyone been able to contact TLS directly? I’ve been told a decision has been made on my application but it shows it is still at DMC when I track it. What do I do in this case?

It’s quite unfair but then we don’t know how this people attend to the cases

It's crazy how people that submitted their application in November are already getting their passports back and September and October folks are still waiting. You'd think it will be a first come first serve basis except for priority of course.

Mine is oct 8 this is becoming tiring. Im really tapping in to this success stories

Sent paid email to UKVI: 11th Nov.
Recieved response on 11th Nov. that application was still under consideration and will escalate
Received mail from UKVI 17th Nov. that a decision has been made
Received mail from TLS that they have received my passport on 18th Nov and with courier
Received passport via courier 19th Nov,

Hope my time line helps and gives others hope.

What I don’t understand with this is what of people that have sent mail to this before and till now no reply

Thank you for contacting UK Visas and Immigration International Contact Centre.

With regards to your enquiry about the status of your application, I can confirm that we have made a decision on your application. We cannot discuss the outcome of your application on-line or by telephone. However the visa application centre will be in contact with you in regards to collection or delivery of your passport.

We strongly recommend that you do not buy a non-refundable, non-flexible ticket to the UK, until your visa application has been approved and you have received your documents.

Has anyone tried contacting TLS directly? Can someone pls share their contact details?
