the issue is that the contact number in the tracking services I called told me there they have not receive any new package ;y wud they update the tracking location when the package has not yet arrived a particular location

Finally the phone has left international shipping centre after a long time of tracking it and is now at sorting hub. How long do you guys think it'll spend there. Also has anyone that ordered 24th Nov or later gotten it?

I ordered on 22nd shipped on 24th and I am yet to get mine I live in umuahia

what I don't understand is why they will update the tracking when the package has not reach the particular destination updated

mine has reached umuahia station yet no message from them on monday if I wait till noon all roads will lead to their station

I called jumia customer care number they didn't pick up.... They called me back this evening...I gave them my order number and they said my kiicaa power is already in Nigeria... I will receive it between Monday and Friday next week.

Ordered from Jumia on 18 November, item fulfilled and shipping in progress on 21 November and d phone Leagoo KIICAA Power is yet to land. Jumia is now like AliExpress where one has to wait endlessly for arrival of orders
