it means the j5 model is highly secured...you can try one more time to root it with king root.kindly search on opera mini "king root download"

note:if phone has been rooted and unrooted before...it wont root again

We've been getting quite a number of complaints
from Tecno F7 users about their battery levels
remaining constant or even dropping despite
charging for several hours. Here's a quick
troubleshooting guide to help resolve this isssue.

A Tecno F7 not charging or experiencing a dropping
battery level despite being plugged to a power source
points at three possible problems.
1. Faulty charger
2. Faulty battery
3. Faulty port
Faulty charger
* Its possible the charger is not powerful enough to
charge your phone. Try using a desktop charger. If it
charges the battery of the Tecno F7 normally then
that rules out a battery problem; so its either a
charger or port problem.
* Try using the same charger on another phone and
observe. If it charges the other phones normally then
the charger is ok, making it either a faulty battery or
faulty port issue.
Faulty battery
Try charging the battery with a desktop charger and
observe how long it lasts after a full charge. If the
battery drains quickly then its either a damaged
battery or your Tecno F7 is not well optimized for
reduced power consumption ( See How to make an
Android phone's battery last longer)
Faulty port
* Charge the battery with a desktop charger. If the
battery lasts normally on the phone then you might
need to change the charger to a more powerful or
firmer one to make proper contact with the port.
* Try mounting the mass storage of the phone on a
PC. If the PC is able to read the phone's memory card
properly then that rules out the port from being the
problem.
If the issue persists despite changing all these then
consider re-flashing the stock ROM using Sp flash

* Faulty charging Diode
If all the above methods fail then consider changing
the charging diode

TEMPORARY PROBLEM SOLUTION
Simply close google play store and restart (remove battery if removeable) and try again!

PERMANENT PROBLEM SOLUTION
Let's go
ahead and try a simple solution by restarting your
device and try again. If that doesn't work, go to
Settings > Apps > All > Google Play Store > Clear
Cache. Also clear the cache for Google Services
Framework. Restart your device and try to use the
Play Store. If you still have the issue, go ahead and
Settings > Apps > All > Google Play Store > Uninstall
updates. Once again, restart your device and try one
more time to use the Play Store. The issue should
have been resolved. Have a great day!

Just unistall you instagram.. Download the latest upgrade of instagram.. The one with the rainbow colour icon.. Install it and reboot your device.. You should be goin.. If it still closes tell me so I can profer other solutions to it!

Requirements
-a tight and quality cable
-laptop and android charged over 30%
-a laptop

Steps
-plug your phone to the computer VIA a USB cable..
-gotto computer on your system
-double click on you phone's name
-you'll see internal and sd card
-click sd card
-then.. Copy the folders or.. In fact copy everything from your sd card
-gotto you home screen (on laptop)
-right click
-click new
-scroll down, find new folder, click it
-name it as "my android backup"
-open the enpty folder
-get inside the blank white space
-right click
-click PASTE
-wait for everything to copy
-eject the phone
-remove your 2gbmemory and you can do whatever you want!

(Phone should be disconnected before removing memory card.. And also note.. While the files are copying, don't let the USB cord shake)

-put in the new 8gb
-connect you android back
-gotto the folder "my android backup"
-once agaim copy all the folders
-gotto computer
-click on your phone
-click on sd card
-when it opens, go into the blank space
-right click
-click paste
-have patience and let
it transfer..

That's it.. If this didn't work, tell me so I'll give you other alternatives.. And if it did work.. Come back here and give testimonies
