A very Senseless, insincere, immature post this is. If the poster was your blood brother would you advice him to take back the LovePeddler?
Even as a guy, I always tell people that there's no excuse for cheating(talkmore cheating with the bestfriend). Anyone who cheats does it CONSCIOUSLY and WILLINGLY, i repeat CONSCIOUSLY and WILLINGLY!, no matter how little the degree of cheating is.
As for this case, she consciously took his bestfriend, to his bed, ,stripped her clothes[/b]and had [b]sex with him.
You see the different levels of consciousness she crossed? And to think that at each stage there are sub-stages. She just didn't have any level of respect for him; she's not responsible even while catching fun; she's not worth being serious with.
And yes! I will cast this stone and even a rocket launcher at you and the girl because i know a lot of people who wouldn't and have never cheated on their partners while they were dating. I for one.

There are loads of girls out there with their heads still intact.
If i were in your shoes, i  would do either of 2 things to this girl:

1. IF I HAPPEN TO AWAKEN FROM SLEEP MY EVIL SIDE, I'LL Take her back, make her believe i want to marry/be serious with her, stay/manage with her head cools down and she's deep in love with me, use her well enough for say 3-5 years or more then dump her a day before her birthday on the year i intend to.(risky though and means you'd have to have time on your hands also).

2. Heed the advice you've been given all over this thread. Have mercy on her and let her be.

And please, make up with your best friend. Rather than seeing him as an enemy, you should see him as a someone who helped expose the LovePeddler in your girlfriend. Imagine if you had married such. Just tell him that next time he does such a thing and succeeds, rather than keep it secret he should let you know once he's had sex with the lady so you know where to place her in your life. As crazy as it might sound, one needs such friends around when searching for a real woman for a serious relationship, they are called 'Validators'.

I know issues regarding attraction and lust aren't easy to dis-entangle ones self from most times , but as onyinye wrote; he's only using you(knowingly or unknowingly) to quench his emotional/sexual thirsts. If he loved you so much, he wouldn't be planning to marry someone else and be 'eating' you in the dark.
If you say he's on the verge of breaking off his engagement TRULY, then wait till he breaks it; If he does, don't be so sure that because he broke it for you he will end up marrying you. Most likely not.

If you were my sister and based on your story above, i would advise you to let the guy go as fast as possible before you learn in years what the days never knew.
