Lets say you work for a financial service provider company A, and another service provider B, which is a serious competitor to your company A that you presently work for, gives you a job offer. Assuming you aren't really 100% happy where you are? Would you take the offer?

The owner says 1m or nothing. The owner is not really that keen on selling it hence, the unwavering price, coupled with the fact that it's as sound as a tokunbo. This car is sweet to drive walahi!
if the owner really needed money, i could have helped you beat it down.

Golf4, dats a big buy man. It's quite expensive, and most people who own it now aren't willing to release it yet cuz the car is a hell of a great car.

the only thing that needs repair if need be is the crack at the back bumper. Which is at a meager cost.

Saturday morning, as early as possible you come over and get everything done, you could even go back the same day or sunday. And resume work on monday with your new car

Another honda accord(babyboy). This is going for 800k. Owner just bought a jeep and a couple of cars(2 to be precise), and feels he is now bigger than this, hence it's looking abandoned.
forget the dusty body. Car is in perfect shape and condition,
Engine - Ok!
A/C - sweet OK.
Body - OK , (just a little re-spraying if you so will)

Car is very intact.
