The payroll system is automated right? So we know who's retiring. No one else is added to the system until we get approval from authorised channel only. That way you only pay those on the system. If you're employed illegally, you don't get paid.

2. Issue employment letter only from one source for all ministries, parastatals or departments, the same source that will approve for payroll.
