It may not be panel, panel doesn't get damaged like that just cos you left it over a long period of time. I think it's the battery. What you should do is look for a follow come original charger and use it to plug the phone. Leave it in there till it displays and start charging. It could also be a software issue.

My phone(Tecno pouvoir 3) fell from an attic of a three storey building on feb 5th, it had little crack on its screen to the lower right side of the phone but it was working perfectly after the fall. However, yesterday after a month of the unfortunate fall, it stopped working by the time i woke up.....it was so hot, i allowed it to cool down and them tried to on it again but it didnt come up, it only vibrated. I tried charging even though i knew there was charge on it but the phone because very hot again while charging and still didnt come up but the charging indicator light signified it was charging. Please, what has gone wrong? Is it fixable? Thanks for the help
