It's a hardware issue. Take it to any engineer and tell them you want to fix the phone to make a pc detect it.

I have one bb q20, it's showing bb10-0015 error, I tried flashing with autoloader but the USB can't recognized. I've tried flashing without battery but it just moves to bb10-0020 error. I've installed bb drivers and bb link, still the laptop doesn't see the phone and I've tried on one other laptop it still the same.
What do you think is wrong, why is it saying Usb can't be recognized? Could it be charging port?

Why AliExpress when there are better ways to get it? Even if the seller is genuine there's a high chance that your phone might get seized by customs.

Try to record sound using sound recorder. If that doesn't work then your mic may not be working.

I upgraded to android 10 this morning,

Nothing much changed..

No sound during call (I can hear the other person on loudspeaker but they can't hear me)

I can record videos now (no sound, just visual)

I can record WhatsApp voice notes (no sound is coming out)

I can view WhatsApp videos now.

I think the problem has to do with something that picks up sound from my own end

Sounds more like a software issue to me. My advice: upgrade to 10, see if the update will fix it.

1. I can't make calls(even with Bluetooth headset),
2. Record video(automatically puts my phone in "do not disturb"
3. Send voice notes, even to view WhatsApp video status..
4. I can't play songs through earpiece but can through Bluetooth.

basically, most things that has to do with audio though I can still play music and watch videos on my phone using the phone speaker and Bluetooth headset..

All these started after upgrading my phone from android 7 to 8 (android 10 upgrade available but I de fear make matters no worse)
What could be the problem.. and possibly solutions too..
