It can only be unlocked with the apple id and password it's locked to. If you don't have that, there's no other way you can unlock it.

I have a problem with my infinix hot 4, previously it takes a long time to charge and the battery drains almost immediately, some weeks ago, I took it to a phone engineer 'cause it couldn't come on, I was trying to charge it one day when it went off, it'd try booting but will go off almost immediately and come on again only to go off. I got it fixed, now it doesn't charge, I've been trying to charge it since yesterday, it keeps shaking(charging and not charging) but I try the charger with another phone and it works perfectly. What could be the problem?.
