Please how do I go about the immunization records demands by the hospital where i was asked to do my medicals .

Please can you tell us the questions that were asked during the interview? Also concerning the interview scheduling, I'm told its the NVC together with the Embassy that schedules the interview, so does that mean that there's no need to create a portal with ustraveldocs? If so, how does one track his or her passport after the interview?
