Hi, you can continue with your hollandia evaporated milk. As for the yoghurt, go for unsweetened, it is better although you can indulge in the sweetened one once in a while. Unsweetened yogurt will also help you fight off thrush if you have it. I believe hollandia also has an unsweetened brand of yogurt. Habib too has. Nothing do you with custard, you can take that too. Just ensure that you check yourself for any reaction before you continue taking them. I will advice you to get it in small quantity so that even if you react adversely to them, it won't pain you much cos you didn't spend so much money getting them. Hth

Belladsweet after blending it won't it be too bitter even after washing it? Fresh bitterleaf or the already washed one? Is the bitterleaf compulsory to be blended? Palm nut cream is it freshly processed palmoil? Don't be angry, immediately I saw the blended bitterleaf, my taste bud changed.

Lol... Don't use potash o thats why I stopped eating ukwa until after delivery. Boiling the bitter leaf for some minutes would ease the bitterness

Ywc, I use an app. It calculates both your ovulation period, period date and when you're preggy you just click on I'm pregnant icon. It even have preggy forum, ttc forum and odas.

It seems we are running at the same pace. I use my calender app and I'm 9 weeks and some days gone.

It is not that you would be able to change your font name or size. It will just enable you to type in bolded or italics form.

For bolded = *type*
