Shma2020: This is an estate incase your bubble head does not know the meaning of an estate.
Awali estate is in vipingo city.
Stop being stupid woman.
Yes and vipingo as a whole is an estate just like tatu. Remember that's how U guys repeatedly argued about tatu being a city with me until one of Ur brother came out to repeat what we've been saying. U guys never just learn.thats Ur problem.
Vipingo City was a master plan for a new city located on the Kenyan Coast, 45 kilometers north of Mombasa. The 10,000-acre site is currently occupied by expanses of green sisal fields, but in 30 years, Vipingo City will be Kenya’s first completely walkable city, with 12 distinctive neighborhoods, a thriving economy, reliable infrastructure, a variety of housing types, public parks, healthy food systems, quality schools, and functioning ecological systems. Vipingo will be the model for how cities provide modern infrastructure in affordable ways so that businesses and families can thrive. Year: 2015 - 2016
Services: Sustainable Infrastructure Planning
The whole of this article screams estate, estate, estate just like tatu. When hate taking of a virtual ten we are talking about everything that makes a city. From transport service,to mixed use development, business district, stores and office, companies, retail services leisure and recreational park. Ur kids is a city but unfortunately it's dead.tatu , vipingo and the resr of ur rubbish is merely an estate. Get my point now.
Austine1213: Unfortunately that's not where I stay, that's my grandparents home
My parents stay in town
I stay in alone in a rented apartment
But because you suffer from backfire effect I'll let you be
U don't have to explain shiit to him. I've done that a thousand times.just keep hitting them very hard without paying attention to their nonsense display.trust me that would get to them more and they will get tired of being stupid.
rvp2018: Failure is relative. They failed Kenyan exams. They beat South Africans in regional testing.
African Consortium for Monitoring Educational Quality (SACMEQ), Kenya's average score was 557 points – well above South Africa's average of 495 points, and only marginally below the Western Cape (the top performing province) score of 560 points; at the poorer 25th percentile, Kenya (with a score of 509 points)
Nonsense U guys thrives on hypocrisy and double standards. It was of this similar occurrence U deride SA education up untill today. Take it or leave it but the bitter truth is that Ur under the tree primary and secondary schools can never match SA's educational system which is similar to that of the west.
Shma2020: There is nothing like loosing an argument.
Posting his picture is also part of an argument.
Zombie
Countries to countries.not countries to individuals.
U can post his pics when U want to tell him personally not when U loose a serious debate. That's stupid and childish. U are so desperate. Beside u are oy hurting urself. I think if he was ashamed of himself he won't have personally posted his pics on his profile.or he would have take it down after being repeatedly broke shamed when I am very sure U are not half as financial endowed as he is.
I will post it one million times once he pools out despicable comments towards other countries..
Zombie.
Yeah cos U don't want him to remind U were Kenya belongs. It's countries to countries not countries to individuals. U don't know the number of Kenyans defending Kenya from their slums. Slum resident or not allow the nigga speak his facts and truth in peace.
vankelvin: There you go again with his picture. You are too petty
Yes just too petty. He does that to try discouraging any salient Coco the guy can have to make Kenya look so small and inferior.he shame him with the background of him pics to chase him away from argument. I wish I was Austin's.i would go even hard on the so they will get even more angry, post that pics and get tired of doing it and I will still be here to put their shiithole in place. He shouldn't back off but make their effort look very useless and puerile.
rvp2018: Morroco does a better job than Egypt. Egypt is trying to catch up. Somehow you think you KNOW ANYTHING? That you can teach us. You went to horrible South africa education system - never forget that. Kenyans maybe be poorer than south africa - but they are more wordly if not intelligent - because of our high quality of education.
Nonsense. U want the high quality education that created this. It was on a very similar basis U used in judging and demonizing SA's educational sector. Ur hypocrisy stinks. I swear.
rvp2018: When did I talk about new city in Cairo. I am actually impressed by hotels they building in mediterrian sea - ultimately this will earn them lot of money from European tourists.
You engage in what is called strawman arguments. Enact a straw man, attribute it to someone else and then go ahead to demolish it - and act like you're anything but obtuse.
Strawman argument is what U are known for here. Look no further.
rvp2018: Your automobile industry is good - but generally - you're not doing enough. Your fdi per annum are 2.5-4B dollars. Very small for a country of 60m that is about size of Nigeria.
Your analysis and double standards is so annoying. SA FDI is small and not doing enough yet U are no where near them.heck U aren't even on Ethiopia (Ethiopia has even surpassed Ur economy according to WB) level in east Africa fdi yet U date give lecture like U are faring better. SMH!!!
Shma2020: Before going to Egypt, you need to first come here in Kenya and compete with the peer projects.
USD 2. 4 billion is too cheap for Egyptian Gothic cities.
Konza alone is doing nearly US$14.5bn.
Funny. U do know price is for construction differs across countries. Of course DA would be very much cheap that Egypt. That property market is one of the cheapest and most affordable in Africa and across the word. Kenya on the other hand is extremely high. The amount it cost to get a cubicle sized apartment in Westland should be enough to get U atleast a three to four bedroom mansion with a pool in SA.if that nonsense goat house in Karen should cost $1m that should tell U how overpriced Ur property market is.
Btw,let's not forget konza is dead like pinnacle.thsnks in advance bro
rvp2018: RSA is not at par with Egypt when it come to construction. Egypt is mega construction site - cement consumption at nearly 60M metric tonnes. That is more than 4 times South Africa (at 14-15m). South Africa is almost at kenya level - if you factor that South Africa is twice bigger than Kenya - and has 10m more people.
Oh wait, so U know that. But in the next 5 years when U fix road and water U will become the untouchable African city
rvp2018: Precisely why I call most of West Africa cities slumpolis - integrated slums - without any zoning or building code enforced.
Slum occupy 2% of Nairobi landmass (5% of the built up area). The slums are all ILLEGALLY built on road reserves, power line/sewage line reserves, forest, and rivers; they will be all demolished eventually.
For example recently - one such slum - that was sitting on sewage reserve land - was demolished
After slums - you get to Eastland kinda of low quality high rise apartments. Those ones are mostly approved - although a few were built without approval and do get demolished.
That's a freaking lie. Apart from Ur actual MSI slum like kibera, mathare and the rest. The rest of nairobi outside Ur 2 or 3 cbd',,s looks just like eastlando, Eastleigh and huruma. Wonder no more why 60% of nairobi is pegged a slum. Ad this occurrence is very rampant intherestofur cities, towns. Heck even villages. Honestly are U guys curse or what..
Shma2020: Mombasa is bulding new modern smart cities , modern Bridges, biggest sea ports, biggest shipyards (at par with SA and Egypt) some kind of development in Mombasa can't be traced anywhere in your country even in your biggest city.
Meet me tomorrow if you want pictures.. But meanwhile, enjoy lamu port(LAPSET CORRIDOR) which is now 90% done.
Pls I hope U don't dodge this question. Can U kindly and wholeheartedly englighten us on this new smart city ongoing in Mombasa pls hurry I want to show U something
Appisko: Kenya’s capital, Nairobi, has more than 40 areas defined as slums and approximately 60% of Nairobi’s population, of 4.4 million people, live in low income settlements.
There are many viral infections that cause health problems in these low income settlement environments. This is because they are unplanned, lack sanitation services - like running water or sewerage systems - and their residents are largely poor
Lol this ugly looking creatures with lunch box heads would come and deny
Lmao rvp if reports has it that60% of nairobi is slum not the purported lies on 2% then who are into call other cities a slumpolis.shane on U and Ur crazy zoo Slum city. Nairobi can never inspire anybody. Never!!!
Shma2020: It's like you're trying to compare nigeria with Uganda, right? ..
It was just simple, stop ranting and take a leave from your developed neighbor Nigeria... Nigeria is not that developed but compared to your country, its way ahead.
vankelvin: More reason why I always pick Lagos over Abuja.
I know this comment will attract the ancient houseflies in the house but that's the truth. Take out all the bad areas in Lagos, the place beats Abuja left right center.
mtisTheQubit: There is only one name there i can pick as kenya(am not even sure)..by the way is ife a Kenyan...sound so west african..ths is what w've being telling you guys..Nairobi currently can only compare to Johannesburg..fact
Am not saying lagos is bad but the fact is Naibae is light years ahead..by the way you should concentrate more on Abuja than Lagos...not there but trying..
Yes they are all Kenyan. Now U understand while Ur slumpolis city is bereft of pride to compare with Lagos. Just pulling U back I reality man.
mtisTheQubit: How many kiberas can fit in makoko..just a question..
The question should be how many makoko can fit into kibera. Stop trying to fit fact. Ur kibera is biggest and largest slum in africa and possibly around the globe not makoko. That's a fact U should be working towards accepting else it will choke U with force. Am I clear?
