It's actually a VPS, like a computer online that has its mt4 but no delay in latency so trades you execute on your account would also be executed on the client's account without delay.

Well then brokers doing this are abusing the entire reason for the creation of Demo and Real account dichotomy, if it's a bloody competition then why not just put it under demo accounts and get rid of the accounta after competition or leave it for the trader to add to his CV and get clients - Yes, in a scenario where it's just demo one trades, if I see that you are good overall then why won't i trust him to replicate with real money. Do you know how many people approach Voraz to manage accounts? Has he ever traded a live account in his life?
This is a disappointing one for brokers that do this and I'm sure they would be low level brokers, never seen such with fxpro, dukascopy, even hotforex.

You've said it perfectly. It will amaze you how much I learn on here, as common as drawing line directly on mt4 mobile, I used to take a screenshot of charts, then export to another app to draw my lines and I've done that for over 3yrs until @voraz showed someone how to do it a few weeks back.
