They were all responsible, at a point Cindy was holding the box, then Diane and she gave it to Elo. He was the last person with the box when they forgot it.

Diane has been holding this anger for Tacha for so long. It's been a long time coming. She's been giving little clues about it for long, even mentioned it a couple of times. I guess this was the perfect opportunity to let it all out.

I pray she didnt hit Tacha or else it'd be a strike.
