ambale:a reasonable level economy will give everyone a fair play. There are people that are not looking for fair play, but their selfish gains at the expense of the rest. They will sabotage the policies |
kanupapilo:the CBN makes its monetary policies for the interest of the economy and is not influenced by short term political considerations. By being free from political influence, central banks can focus on long-term goals, such as controlling inflation and ensuring stability, rather than responding to short-term political pressures. That is why Emefiele could do rubbish when he was there, cos the bank enjoys autonomy. |
Zionmdde:getting a degree doesn't mean u will leave big. Success starts where certificate ends |
Ojiofor:that's still ur sentiment, Chicago university confirmed he graduated |
Ojiofor:there was no evidence he snatched electoral victory. It's just ur sentiment |
mrvitalis:don't compare achievements, it doesn't mean u are winning, it's a sign of low intelligence, that is why u Igbo lose in everything, cos u love to measure shoulders. Reno is a winner, Ngozi Iweala is also. Reno didn't to Obi what he did to Buhari. He has only criticized Obi so far and bring facts to defend his claim, in case of Buhari, Reno didn't just criticize but also insulted him and even went as far as called his cattle "homosexual cows" And this was the time u all loved Reno, hypocrites |
Ojiofor:he is better than obi |
mrvitalis:what did Ngozi Iweala say about Obi? Pls don't tarnish her fine image. As for Reno, we are talking about competent character and not achievements also if u talk about achievements, he was a special adviser to a president. Duhhh |
Kobojunkieee:People's personal transactions with banks can't be disclosed to a third person except a court of competent jurisdiction says so. CBN has no right to reveal dealings with Dangote to the general public |
mrvitalis:NOI mean "no interest rate", I don't get ur first paragraph so I'll just pass. Ur second paragraph is also kinda misleading, but if u mean "All those who criticize Obi are of questionable character" then I'll refer you to Reno Omokiri, except personal hatred you may have for him, he is a person who stands tall with clean hands yet criticizes Obi. |
mrvitalis:who talked good about Obi, Can u show me? Debate was the reason u started supporting Obi? U forgot he was a failure. Shows a lot about the average Nigerian |
mrvitalis:defeating Osinbajo doesn't automatically mean he is better than Tinubu. We have heard of his records as a governor and it wasn't pleasant. As bad as Tinubu is, there are people that still talked good about him, but no single person talked good about Obi. Obi could be a good debater but his he is zero in actual governance, talking is cheap, action nai be the real blood. |
Kobojunkieee:let me make it clear. CBN can make policies on its own without the interference of the federal govt. It may work directly with the federal govt but it is not depending on federal govt |
Kobojunkieee:when I say central bank is independent, I am not talking about name and founders. U need to know what the word "independent mean" Inec is also independent |
Kobojunkie:the central bank is independent, the money in the bank is not ur money. The govt will put in some cash so in times of crisis, it can help the govt but the CBN operates independently to some degree |
OALandAgents:Igbos has not presented a good candidate, when you do, we will vote him. Bring Umahi and we will criticize and analyze first. When Obi came, his govt back then had a lot of issues, people insulted his govt, those same people called him messiah in 2023. Something was definitely wrong. Even NLders like mrvitalis hated Obi but suddenly wants to sell him to us as the best to save Nigeria. Tinubu's govt may not be the best and I wish someone else like this Umahi could come take over but if Obi still contest in 2027, id rather vote Tinubu than Obi, he had a very bad record that not even a single person talked good about him when he was a governor. The hypocrisy of Obi supporters is annoying to say the least, they know their candidate was a failure but will rather insult u if u criticize him. |
Kobojunkie:You think if I borrow money from a bank, the bank will come and tell u how much I borrowed from them? |
Ok, this is how I read while in school. When it comes to calculations like maths, physics, chemistry, I am just naturally above average, maybe I had a good foundation in those courses so I can't help u, cos as soon as I carry book, those calculations deh enter my head like say I deh use juju. ![]() When it comes to other courses like general courses, I read it like story books, I do not care if I understood what I was reading or not, I just keep reading, I do not force myself to understand every word. In a week or two I might have finished the textbook, I will come back and re-read it over again, this time I will understand few things in it. By the time I read it like third or fourth time, I might have understood 70-80% of the text book and I could confidently enter exam hall, my secret is that I read as soon as the semester starts. I ended up graduating with a 4.35cgpa. I hope this helps |
Kobojunkie:CBN will not disclose money transactions they made with a private company. E no concern anybody how much Dangote borrowed |
What's the fuss about Igbo presidency? Bring ur best candidate, we will criticize and analyse and if he catches our interest, we will vote him, that doesn't mean he will automatically win. Na tribal politics put us where we deh. |
Ballzproblemm:the oldest living person ever known was Jeanne calment of France, who lived for 122 years. 194yrs is a lie taken too far, that person in the picture could be around 103yrs |
That 194 is a big fat lie. It's difficult finding someone that lived 120years. Some of those Obituaries with 100yrs+ are not their real age, the children just fabricated it cos they don't know the real age of the parents or grandparents |
Beremx:it wouldn't have, Tinubu is not the only problem of Nigeria, our real problem are those that benefits from the corruption. They will do anything to fight the policies that will be for the greater good of everyone, they are the people who employs their children in offshore companies, ministries, etc without CV while you and I with experience and certificate will be writing and updating CV for a 50k job, they operate in the NPF, NFF, CBN, etc, the govt will disburse funds but these people will hoard it, they store palliatives in warehouses that is meant for everyone. You can't flush those people out of the system no matter how many times we change govt. If we want to fight them, we need to have a complete restructuring, we need to totally change the entire system, but removing them is quite impossible cos they have been there for years and they know the job better than u. Obi, Tinubu and Atiku might be corrupt but the real corruption lies deep in the ocean and is not disturbed by turbulence. |
Ok |
The thieves are stealing and are looking for ways to loot more, it's the foolish masses that are creating threads and commenting to disturb our peace. Obi stole, Tinubu stole, Atiku stole and still want to steal more, their children have offshore companies but you people that can only feed 101 is here defending them. |
vowiski:why don't u empty ur bank account and buy used toilet papers? Btw, this palliative sharing economy isn't helping Nigerians, these same politicians will hide the palliatives in warehouses and sell it back to us at market price |
Zionmdde:PhD holders does not deserve any jumbo pay, medical doctors may deserve it but not PhD holders. |
kanupapilo:lolz, CBN can actually give loans to private companies and the sweet thing is that their loans comes with very low interest rate. Yes he can repay his debt even if the refinery didn't produce a single litre of petrol, we are talking about the Africa's biggest industrialist here |
Dangote borrowed that money along time ago, so yes him deh pay small small since, also the refinery was partly funded by CBN and also partly by Dangotes group of companies, he didn't borrow the entire capital from CBN. As a billionaire in dollarz, he has enough cash flow to repay his debt. |
Bad news for farmers, good news for keke and motorcycle drivers |
. |
shekauvsbuhari:lolz, calm down, I never said ur mom was worthless. She was my babe, and was faithful and her head game was great |
