She needs to go the Gp and get a prescription for that . Cost roughly £30-£40 . Yeah , d r damn expensive in uk.
I had to take a particular as I was still breast feeding when I took my 7 months old baby home.i still contracted malaria in Nigeria and was treated even with d anti malaria tablets. My suggestion is to get a good antimalria tablet there in nigeria and she can start taking it straight away when she gets home.

Email or phone call, whichever works for you, though phone call will be quicker if you able to get through. They will ask you for your HomeOffice ref number for identification.

Amen! And thank u.
girlfio:
Recent experiences on this forum have suggested that once the documents are sent back that the decision follows shortly after. It's difficult to b general with how they manage these applications but I would expect that your spouse should get a notification to collect his passport soon.

R u serious? U r not meant to stay outside uk more than 3 months once the visa is issued.u r causing problem for yourself. I will advise u read the conditions of that spousal visa unless u r not interested in joining ur spouse any longer.

post=28759681]Hello, please i have been issued UK spousal visa on the 26-Nov-2014. but i am currently busy working on some project in Ghana and can only leave to the UK in 6 month time ie in may 2015.

My question is...

what problem would i encounter (UKVI) if i stay for that long b4 i move to the UK.

what is the best way to handle this

Am very worried[/quote]

iley:
let me appreciate the house for their usual help to everyone. pls i need response on the status of my application. i applied for spouse visa on the 12th of sept. 2014, supporting documents sent on 16th sept. 2014. my wife who is my sponsor was called in UK for interview after few weeks, up till now we've not heard anything again from them. whats going on? can someone respond pls. has anybody who applied within this period received his or her's?
TravelRe: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Waitingonyou: 8:39pm On Nov 28, 2014
It's fine. Tell ur wife to go over ur application u submitted. She needs to remember all the dates. And personal details of u and her.

Question like this was also asked.
Meeting questions
When did you first meet your husband?
How did you meet your husband?
Did you stay with him when you met?
So how long did you live with him or stay with him?
Did he write or call you, How have you communicated?
When did you receive your first letter from him or how long have you been chatting?

When did your husband propose to you?
Did you ask your husband to marry you?

My interview lasted for 10 Mins but some ppl were there for more than 30 mins. Tell her to be prepared. I know it's nerve racking but she will be fine. They Jst want to know if the marriage is genuine. Goodluck.

No, my hubby wasn't interviewed at all. Just me here in london. It was basically confirming my details and my hubby's on the application form. I didn't get any tricky question at all. Thank God for that. We haven't heard from them ever since October. Still waiting.we don't know d outcome yet.i don't think u should worry at least they called her to clarify things instead of straight refusal for some people who then have to start the appealing process or reapplying.also, they told me it was standard procedure wen I questioned y I was called for interview. Jst chill, it will all work out God's willing.

I will surely give a detailed feedback with regards to the application process
Guys for clarification purposes. Dhl cost is £37 to send documents to Nija and they don't weigh it either cos I send document home last 3 weeks and no extra charges .unless u r sending from nigeria to uk but then ur original wouldn't be sent back cos dhl doesn't have the services.

@ just wise. Here is part of letter from ukvi,I received that made wondered whether our application is been looked into at the moment.

We are currently considering this application and would like you to attend an interview as the named sponsor. As discussed and agreed on the telephone today I can confirm your interview is as follows:
Cud this be a standard letter or r d really considering it?
TravelRe: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Waitingonyou: 11:46am On Nov 02, 2014
@ just wise .Thanks for your reply but Am actually the sponsor not the applicant. I got a telephone call in london last Sunday and for interview on Wednesday, asking me to attend interview as the sponsor. I know some applicant r called for interview sometimes but not the sponsor. That's fine. I pray it's a positive outcome.Finger crossed. We'll hear from them soon by God's grace. Hoping to have my hubby for Xmas.

Hi guys, happy new month. Was wondering if anyone did apply for uk spousal settlement visa in October and has had der visa approved .We applied 9th October and was invited for an interview by ukvi in london as a sponsor. Basically confirming all my hubby completed in the form. Was nerve wrecking for us but God saw me through. The ECO officer told me it was standard procedure when I asked him why I was called for interview. And reassured me nothin to worry about.Still waiting ... My question is does d interview speed up the process or not?
