Really , as you already said yourself Ronaldo scored 4 goals so far in this world cup with their team drawing a match and winning one. Portugal is as good as already qualify into the 2nd round compare to the super eagles still struggling to qualify.

Is it not ridiculous comparing a world class player and team to super eagles. Putting in general Portugal football history into account, they could afford to show off or lose even their first match and still make a come back to qualify into the 2nd round without too much hassles to their supporters.
However when Nigeria lost their 1st match, a very high percentage of Nigerians doubt their coming back to qualify into the 2nd round.

All I am saying is that the earlier we recognise our mistakes and act on it the better our chances of going further in this tournament. Recognising ones own mistakes is the 1st step towards progression.

Only because Iceland are not attacking the way they should compare to the Croatian. With a stronger team it will be a whole different story.

Very very bad defence from Tunisia. Even our super eagles defence too was not better. We were just lucky that Iceland were unable to recover in time from the shock of our goals in the 2nd half. Our 2nd goal came not quite long from the 1st one and while they were still trying to digest the 1st goal.

The shock of our 2nd goal really left them perplexed until the game was over.

Super Eagles should also stop showing off and improve further on their team work after scoring and capitalised on the opponent weakness after scoring. In this World Cup, no amount of goals is enough. When the opportunity comes you got to play your opponent as if you are trying to kill a cockroache. Sometimes strapping with your foot twice on a cockroache doesn't mean it is completely dead.

The Nigerian team wasn't spectacular! The coach has to infuse the spirit of urgency in the team! This their method of passing ball around can't take them far! It was the same unecessary passing that led to conceding penalty today! Why would a player make a shot and careless pass inside the 18 box?! All the same, we thank God for using Ahmed Musa to bail Nigeria out!!

*Plus they need to stop 2 things, SHOWING OFF after the 2nd goal is a bit too early and they need to improve even more on their team work after any goal. What I noticed a lot after the 2nd goal was the NA ME GO SCORE AM game the player were playing, otherwise we would have scored up to 4 or 5 goals at least.
