Too bad a way to end one's life... |
Good dental habits are the cornerstone of good oral health. Even so, patients who diligently brush their teeth can still get a bad report from the dentist if they’re not using the proper technique. In fact, brushing your teeth too hard can be almost as bad for your teeth and gums as not brushing at all! There are a number of issues that can arise due to this bad habit. Receding gums is a common dental problem in patients who brush their teeth too vigorously. The irritation caused by this action can lead to inflammation in the gums and shrinkage of the gum tissue. When the gums recede, it has an unattractive effect on the smile. It can also lead to increased tooth sensitivity. If the problem becomes severe enough, your dentist may need to give you a gum graft to repair the damage. Brushing your teeth too hard can be almost as bad for your teeth and gums as not brushing at all! You can also cause premature wear to your teeth by brushing too hard. While tooth enamel may be one of the hardest substances in the body, it’s still not impervious to outside forces. Brushing too hard can break down the enamel and cause it to erode. The body is not capable of replacing missing enamel, so you may need to have the tooth restored with a filling or a crown. To avoid these negative consequences, not only do you have to pay attention to the pressure you apply while brushing your teeth, you also need to be sure that you aren’t using a toothbrush with bristles that are too hard. A good oral hygiene routine is well-balanced, with just the right amount of tooth brushing — not too much and not too little. If you think you may be using a poor brushing technique, ask your dentist or hygienist for some tips the next time you are in the office. You may also want to bring your toothbrush with you to make sure the bristles have a good texture. Your oral health will reap many benefits if you get on track with your brushing!

PDP is just too dramatic a party. The generality of Nigerian people still know that our educational standard is still dragging, though GEJ had tried his best. |

First get a police report to that effect and head for court to obtain affidavit. You can take those documents to appropriate authority or where the certificate is obtained to procure another. |

Do you have sloppy handwriting or do you use lovely, precise cursive? Did you know it actually reflects on your personality? In fact, over 5,000 personality traits can be distinguished based on how you shape your letters, the size of your writing, how you hold your pen and space your words. The study of handwriting is known as graphology and aside from allowing people to understand your personality, your handwriting can even reveal that you have certain illnesses. So what does your handwriting say about you? Read the infographic below to find out. For my terrible, terrible scrawl, it says that I am well-adjusted and adaptable, logical, practical, creative, artistic, confident, lazy, private, sensitive, impatient and hard to understand. For those that don’t know me, I’d say that sums me up pretty well.

It's always like that when you're extraordinary in your own field. This man said it all. Dbanj is such a matured mind to have remained silent on the issue, thereby avoiding more media stunt. Though 2014 is not such a great year for him music wise but there's a kinda hatred for him. May 2015 be a great year for us all. |
Islam of the heart or Islam of show off? All the same,I wish them well. |
Honestly I don't see Nigeria remaining as ONE in say two generations to come. We are so full of tribal hates and religious discriminations. The Igbos don't like the Yorubas,Yorubas don't like them too. Same happens between Igbos and Hausas and so on. Nairaland is a typical example to buttress my points. However, the unity of Nigeria begins with you and i ,and not wholly on the leaders. The moment we start changing our mindset towards our ethno-religious lives the clamour for unity gains ground. |
