I Still find it difficult 2 understand d kind of self- centre nd selfishness kind of nature Africa leaders re created with most especially Nigerian political leaders, all d senses they ve is to embbezzle national resources, in this age wen education should b freed for all nd sundry in all levels they're increasing it senseleslly because they can afford foreign education with their ill-gotten wealth. Don't they know that d children u don't allow education today become nuisance to the society tomorrow nd their educated children. Hw many parents can afford as much as that for a child not to talk of 2, 3 children. Hw can one in its right senses compare UK education with ours wen the quality is not d same, cost of leaving is not the same nd when u can walk into their banks take loan without having a/c with the bank, no collateral nd no guarantor. After d documentation call ur architect nd quantity surveyor to give u ur choice plan nd quantify wat it'll cost to erect d building. Some found it difficult to pay a token 4 a Q. Surveyor they start project they can't complete in their life term. After a good plan and knowledge of what it cost, call in a builder to start d work, Hmm!
