From 12,550 last year to 20,800 excluding bank charges. They'll fit us in to stream 2 cos I'm hearing that the next set will be going by next year June and that's too late.

The school management already planned it out, they wanted us to go with the stream 2 that's why they increased the convocation fee.... no problem. I hope we'll get good states anytime they're ready for us.

same thing happened to me, i created an account, verified my mail, when i got to the part where i was asked for phone number, institution e.t.c, i put my jamb reg number and matric and university(unilag), my details immediately popped out, its automatic( this is even after my name wasn't on the verification page)

so go ahead and register, many people have the same problem and their schools keep telling them the same thing -go ahead!!
i think the fault is from nysc, they have your details even if it doesn't show on the verification page

Not the same thing with Unilorin o, we can't proceed with the registration cos they haven't submitted our names.

Why not close the page and retry it again cos many aspirants are registering for the post utme at the same time which might probably be the cause of the error message you're receiving, so retry it again. Let me know what happens next.

Now that the post utme form is out and the date is set, I'll like to advice all aspirants. Try and cover your Mathematics, English, biology and current affairs, read each and every aspect of the four subjects because UNILORIN questions has to do with all the four. Last year when I did mine, I was given 4 Mathematics questions, 1 biology, 3 current affairs and 42 English questions despite the fact that I was going for Bsc. Mathematics, so irrespective of your course of study try as much as possible to revise everything. Go back to your secondary school English, NOUN phrase, verb phrase, adjectival phrase cos most of my questions came out from that aspect, don't overlook any aspect at all. Also in the current affairs, they asked the full meaning of WAUG which the better by far university hosted two or three years ago, question also came out on former super eagles coach (westerhoff or so cos I missed d question). The only biology question that came out was which of this animal is cold blooded. And the Mathematics is nothing to fear about cos they're simple equation question but technical. Also don't waste time on one question, you'll be given 35 minutes but it'll be very fast. Don't be afraid of the questions cos fear at times makes one to forget things, calm down and click the right answers. It's my prayer that you guys will have good scores and finally be a unilorite. Wishing all aspirants all the best.

Yes, you're good to go, they accept the combination of both waec and neco.

You have to meet up with ur desired course cut off mark b4 tinking of enrolling for d post utme exam. there are some competitive courses dat required high utme score, d likes of mbbs, Mass communication e.t.c require high score in jamb because of d competitiveness..

Provided u hav meet up with ur course cut off mark, jamb high score has nothing to do with admission...

According to information i gathered, Unilorin values their post utme exam than that of jamb.. score high in ur post utme exam and also b strong in prayer.. with God all things are possible

Pls to all aspirants don't be so desperate in getting this so called past questions, many and most of them are just selected questions from JAMB pack, UNILORIN post utme is CBT and they don't release any questions out to any candidate and it comprises of English, mathematics, biology and current affairs. I'll just advice you to study the above subjects very well, expect the questions from any angle so it'll be advisable for you to cover much topics. I have posted some of the questions that came out last year, so just read extensively.

departmental cut off mark "OFFICIALLY" for
the year 2015. Therefore, all aspirants of the
University are advised to read through this post

The official cut off mark is not yet out and not until JAMB declare the cut off marks to be used by universities and polytechnics and later when unilorin post utme form is out, then the real cut off will be out. This is just a possible cut off mark from myschool.com and not from unilorin.edu.ng (the one and only official school website). So please mind ur post and don't mislead other aspirants with false information.

Yes, I was given the course I put in for initially which is pure mathematics.

You'll have to take the risk then because I actually did it too last year and it worked for me. I chose unilag initially before I switched to unilorin becos I scored 196. And even if they won't accept 190 for geology, you can still change to a related course by obtaining d change of course form at point of registering for ur post utme, I think it cost 3000 naira or so. But I think they'll follow last year cut off.

You are welcome. It was 190 last year.

This is last years jamb cut off mark for each respective courses in unilorin, hopefully but not with assurance, they can also use this cut marks becos the vice chancellor made it known last week that out of 107,000 that applied for unilorin this year, they'll only admit 12000.

These are some of the questions I can remember in last year's post utme.
1. Which of the following is a cold blooded animal.
2. What is the full meaning of WAUG?
3. This question came out about super eagles past coaches, westerhoff or so.
Simple calculations on quadratic equations and algebras. In the English, concord came out and much of grammatical names, like verb phrase, noun phrase, adjectival clause and simple, compound and compound complex sentences (though I didn't expect d questions to come out from that aspect at all). I was given 1 biology, 3 current affairs, 4 mathematics and 42 English questions while some had many biology and current affairs so it depends on your computer.
I'll just advice that you should read extensively, even read sign board as they used to say becos the question can come from any angle that you don't expect at all.
And the same GOD that made it possible for me to be a proud UNILORITE today will make it possible for you all too this year because I can already see you all as a unilorite, WISHING YOU ALL THE BEST!!!!

You don't have to be confused, unilorin accept 2 sittings but not for all courses like medicine and surgery. You're good to go with ur combination.

They don't release cut off marks, as at last year it was at the point of post utme registration that someone can see the cut off marks for each courses.

Don't even try changing it becos mass comm was 220 last year which was d highest cut off mark, so i'll advice you settle for your political science.

I think it should be becos it was accepted in 2013 admission, i'll ask one of my friends that got admitted through DE, for confirmation.

I have somelne who got 85, 62 and co and weren't given... and I know someone in my dept who got 48 and was given.... let's be factual..... unilorin no get cutoff if they had it would be released just as it was released for jamb

If that is what you're still insisting on then i don't need to argue with you, our mission here is to help jambites with necessary information. As to the unilorin admission page, you can just search it on facebook.

Mr. Khassy, this is far from a mere assumption becos is like u're sounding a bit aggressive. You can see it in my post that i have some that score more than 60 and weren't admitted. UNILORIN don't always release cut off marks, but i'm telling u that d least cut off for last year is 50 as it was posted on their facebook admission page, which can't be a false info. I knew few candidates that score below 50 and weren't admitted. Maybe what u're telling me now is 40 is more higher than 50, 60 upwards.
