Go to your revenue page and click on revenue card, then follow whatever instructions that you see to add your Payoneer card successfully. For this your first payoneer withdrawals(otherwise known as annual maintenance fee) , payoneer would charge $29.99 .. I think that's all you need to know for now. It's quite stress free
