Looking at it that way, I guess he may have thought a new government like Yar Adua's would be a perfect opportunity for him to backtrack and jump on some of those OBJ boys that were beyond reach during OBJ's time. Unfortunately, now we'll never know.
I thought so too but nothiing good has come out of Yaradua's regime. Honestly I suspect that he actually went 2 school 2 learn how to be inefficient, Thats a talent he has right there.
Me am thinking that a miltary regime and a couple of coups can set 9ja on a pedestal of change.

This is why i always say that double standards are never good for any society,i want to belive ribadus hands were tied by OBJ but then he could have stepped down from the job and tOLD obj to go to hell and today his respect would have been unquestionable, but then he remained there doing the bidding of his master who used him for his own selfish agenda.
I totally agree with you but then again: Is no bread at all better than half bread?

Naija tribalism 101 for ya.

People think with their tribal hat on first and foremost.

Igbo this, yuroba that, housa blah blah.
I don't get it? Are you trying to insinuate that I am upholding tribalism?FYI am not even hausa, youruba or igbo, so wethin concern aeroplane with bridge?
