I beg to differ. In the first instance how did they get into the system? Were they subjected to same selection processes we are going through? Was their any advert to temporary or office assistants? However, it could also be tribal cleansing to allow for Federal character representation.

Don't get me wrong, I am not getting any hyper kankan, what I am telling you is that there will be many of those contract staffs that have enough qualifications and experience for the EH positions and I am not also disputing the fact that we don't have qualified EH applicants too. External EH performed better than who if I may ask?

The advert clarified the issue. For you to be invited for cbt you have the required qualifications for EH. Secondly, have anyone taken time to ask what criteria do they use in recruiting the contract staff Who vetted there qualifications at the point of entry and what stopped them from not applying when they were asked to do so? Why was there recruitment not subjected to scrutiny? Just thinking aloud
