Coincidentally, I also had to make some foreign payments using my UBA debit card and the foools nearly cut my neck with black market rates.

They're worst than highway robber's..uba rate is 381 or so if receiving on the naira card access is around 369 or so.. am sure uba charged u 430 isn't it

username/customer id is the 10numbers at the back of the card
