Jesus, imagine being out of work and in court since 99, high court was against him, appeal judgment was in his favour and they moved to supreme court in 2008.

Do you mean that all cases in the supreme court has to be heard and judged in 180 days?
I know someone who has had a case in supreme court since 2008 and judgment has still not been given.

So talking about developing ones recipe, I like to roast beef,chicken, pork, turkey fish etc and I always like to make my seasoning simple and a flavour bomb
So I just use dry rub of
Seasoning cubes
Black pepper
Salt
ABIT of sugar
Curry,Tyne etc
Recently I was just staring at some scent leaves in the house and decided to incorporate it into the mix
Used the manual blender to almost reduce it to a powder form and added it to my dry rub(wasn't dry again cos the leaves produced some water). Maybe dried one will be better but not sure if dried scent leaf still has that much kick to it
Didn't have plenty time to allow it marinade
Personally I enjoyed the result but thought it would be a whole lot better if it sits in a fridge overnight.
Would try it again soon and upload pictures
