PoliticsRe: Elections Are Rigged Because Nigerians Want It To Be Rigged - Peter Obi by wazobia68: 10:12pm On Jun 12
Don't mind the guy. Igbo's knew Ojukwu was not serious about the election. He didn't even campaign much. Ojukwu was only interested in winning states (Governor, senator etc) in the SE

you are saying Ojukwu who wanted to liberate Biafra is not competent

Fulani militants, follow bush tracks, not main roads

Dogalmighty17:
Very impressive project I must say. The downside is that it gives Fulani militants easy access to areas they never had access to before. Fulani kidnappings and killings exploded in zone C senatorial district of Benue state soon after the Oweto bridge was completed. That bridge and the road that came with it, gave the Fulani who are based in Nasarawa state, easy access to Idoma land.

Don't worry. Continue in your belief, when you get old and still training children in secondary School, na that time your eyes go clear. Na you go day advice others, that it's good to marry early. It's good you have the real experience. Your lectures will start with "Had I know".

Those your friends will be the ones thanking God they married early.

Key point. Better to take that pressure while you're still young.

stan4b:
Marriage is not an achievement.

I watch many young guys, most my age, that have one or two children. I see how they struggle and toil day and night. Yet, almost nothing to show for it, children expenses, sometimes ungrateful wifes, make them look older than their age.

As for me, still in my mid 30s, will prolly settle down soon hopefully. But, if I'm to pick between settling down now, and be living like most of my friends, or wait a little longer and live the life i want, I'll gladly wait.

Then sometimes, one or two of them will call me and start complaining about finances, how i should help them or borrow them 20 or 40k. Me, I just give them what I know I can afford, cause I dont borrow people money, to avoid stories.

Most people think because I have a house I stay, and a car I drive, I'm automatically ready for marriage. But, I still have a little mile ahead to cross.
PoliticsRe: FG Bans Importation Of Paracetamol, Metronidazole, Other Medicines In New Policy by wazobia68: 12:43pm On Apr 20
On paper this is a very good development. But trust Nigerian manufacturers and middle men, they will soon inflate the prices on those items. The aggrieved importers will then do everything to sabotage the move. The next thing, we’ll start hearing “ebi pa wa,”. Then the government will be left with no other option than to lift the ban.
Then we are back to square one. My country Nigeria, very complex country.

This statement shows total disbelief.... ...go where they are not sure exist.

Even though you're Christian it indicates that you don't believe in heaven.

Similar to what atheist advocate for.
You can make your assumptions any how it makes you feel good.
The point is majority of wealthy moslem men will do anything to stay alive, since they can easily get their virgins here on earth. They only push the poor to go and die for their god.
So also majority of wealth christian men will do same. That's way you see them celebrating birthdays here on earth. Will a man that wants to die be celebrating his/her years on earth?

I told you the man has been hiding from bunker to bunker. Does that look like a man that wants to be a matyr. Abeg learn before it's too late.

In thier eyes (thier perception) he died a hero.

That's why I most of the times advice you guys to open your brain and learn cultures outside your cultures, at least for the knowledge sake.
Don't be deceived to think that the privilege guys want to die and go where they are not sure exist. It's only the poor that has that dream. These guys can afford to have their virgins here on earth.

Someone that was busy building bunkers everywhere is the person you are are claiming wants to be a matyr. Dey play
Foreign AffairsRe: We Are Witnessing The Final Days And Weeks Of Iranian Regime - German Chancellor by wazobia68: 3:40pm On Jan 13
Searched, and pasted as copied!

No, Iran is not 80% Zoroastrian; the vast majority of Iranians are Shia Muslims, with Zoroastrians forming a very small minority, though some surveys suggest a higher percentage (around 8%) identify with the faith than official census numbers indicate, possibly due to cultural connection or dissatisfaction with Islam. Official figures from Iran's 2016 census show only about 23,000 Zoroastrians, a tiny fraction of the population, while larger, self-selected surveys show higher numbers, but still nowhere near 80%.

The Fulani are a significant minority in Nigeria, representing about 4-7% of the national population, with estimates varying, and are concentrated in Northern Nigeria alongside Hausa and Kanuri groups; while precise percentage in the North is hard to pin down, they are a dominant presence in the Sahelian belt, with large numbers in states like Sokoto, Borno, Kano, and Adamawa, forming a substantial part of the North's diverse ethnic mix, often living alongside Hausa populations.

Nwaikpe:
Absolutely,

The funny thing is that people do not realize the situation.

The population of Iran is 80% Zoroastrians and 20% Muslims. But the 20% control the politics and even have a military arm called the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), which is parallel to and greater than the main Iranian country's military. Many of the IRGC's men are not necessarily Shi'is from Iran but are imported Hamas and Hezbollah militants. Those guys are not Iranians.

A vivid example is the situation in Northern Nigeria. The number of Northerners who are "Fulanis" is not up to 10%. But they control the politics, culture, tradition, religion, etc of the North. Those Fulanis are the ones inviting their brethren from Niger, Chad, Mali, etc. The brethren are what we know as Bandits, Boko Haram, etc. That is the same thing with the IRGC and Iran.

PoliticsRe: Police Brutalized Nnamdi Kanu’s Brother, Lawyer Following Their Arrest - Sowore by wazobia68: 3:02pm On Oct 23, 2025
The answer to your question. There was an injunction by the law court not to protest in certain areas. Sowore was smart enough to disappear from those areas, while Kanu's lawyer and brother, for reasons best known to them, decided to ignore the court order.
Some believe this is a delay tactic by the lawyer, since they have been called to defend their case in court with regard to Nnamdi Kanu's trial.

Mrfeel:
You did not answer the question, why was sowore the organizer of the protest not arrested? He was not arrested simply because he is not an igbo man, and that's my point, mumu button or not it's a fact that the federal government is igbophobic

PoliticsRe: Rochas Okorocha & Family In Praise And Worship Session (Photos/Video) by wazobia68: 2:00pm On Aug 20, 2025
You are right, but what you should know is that hatred for Rochas began immediately after he joined APC. Rochas was the people's hero before then. Then Igbos hated anything APC, things are changing now. The second hatred was when he drafted his in-law into the gubernatorial race. Before then his achievements flooded Niaraland headlines daily.

SmartPolician:
Again, you only validated my point on building inferior projects, but that was not what Rochas was about:

He created entirely new roads where none existed

He built world-class secondary schools

He built an entirely new university and built new campuses for existing ones.

Imo undergrads were paying peanuts in tuition fees in his time. Yes, I know someone who benefited at the time.

He invested so much of state resources in Owerri, gave it a facelift and rocketed the real estate market in the capital.

When it comes to buildings that he constructed, they are uncountable, including Commissioners Quarters, Concorde Annex, etc.

I can go on and on. I just liked the man for his ability to think out of the box. And no matter now terrible he may be, he's the best among the terrible governors imo State has had since 1999.
PoliticsRe: Four Most Marketable Presidential Materials In The South East by wazobia68: 2:58pm On Aug 16, 2025
Somehow, you don't know you are sentimental.
You hate Umahi, Uzodinma, and Rochas because they joined APC, which you were deceived into believing was an islamic party.
You hate Soludo, because he is against Obi and supports Tinubu

The achievements of Umahi dwarf whatever achievements Obi had.
Even Rochas and Uzordima performed better than Obi.

Hatred for Rochas and Umahi only started when they joined APC.

Shawarmagirl:
OP, I will agree with you on this. Aside this 4 noble men, present any other Igbo politicians like Umahi, Uzodinma, Rocha's, Soludo, Kalu, and present Belo Turji or Sheakua, the Igbos I know very well will vote the duo instead of the other Igbo men.

Lesson: Igbos don't vote base on sentiment or tribalism. They votes base on competent.
