Insecurity
Bad governance
Corruption
Poor educational system. (go to private schools you will understand this)
Disobedience to the rule of law
Nepotism
Epileptic power supply
Bad roads

And lots more.

Go to the nearest accredited CBT centre where jamb registration is done, explain to them, they will do it for you. Am very sure of this. I think it will cost you like 3k or so.....

Most CBT centres do registration for students, reason I suggested CBT centre for you. Or go to jamb office and explain.
