The #50 is as a result of the new Nigerian Financial Act(2020) which states that for every deposit of 10,000 and above, all account holder will be charged 50# 'Stamp duty".

The stamp duty was later changed to "Electronic fee'

Any time you deposit or you receive any amount from 10,000 and above, you will be charged#50

Fellow nairalanders I do know if you are passing through this incessant deduction of money by banks.

Over 6months I have noticed incessant deduction of money from my first bank account. Whenever I deposit money into my account, I do get charges for depositing into my own account from the said bank.

The charges varies, depending on the amount deposited. For example if I deposit 5000 and above at any first bank branch, I will be charged for electronic transfer charge.

Likewise if I withdraw money using atm or from first bank canter, I do receive extra debit for electronic processing fee as well.

weeks ago I withdrew some money from atm machine at Oshodi . I was charged extra #45 each on every 20k I withdrew.

This is uncalled for, I went to first bank Mushin branch to complain, only for the customer care to say that "am I not in Nigeria"

It's a year course. PGD.
I think purpose of visit, the SOP is not tight enough. Cause the course is project management, I submitted employment letter where I work as a project supervisor.

Availability of fund. I didn't submit my own statement of account. I will tackle that now..
My sponsor is my dad, I submitted his statement of account. 11m Plus and 4m plus. That's 2account statement.

I need assistance on writing LOE to tackle the availability of fund and good SOP for purpose of visit.

that's charge back. Your agent did charge back. Raise a Web form and explain that you use an agent and state details on how agent paid for you. Likewise pay the said amount your self quickly.

That's charged back. Go and repay the money immediately and send them letter of explanation that you know nothing about it and it was done by third part.

Insight of the story. Mufti men came to ladipo to return what they bought, they said what they bought was fake, so the igbo guys refuses to collect it back cause they told them goods bought under good condition are non refundable. Unfortunately those guys are soldiers. They called for reinforcement and soldiers came with hilux vehicle.

The barbaric Happened when the igbo in ladipo went to pick guns to fight back, immediately the military gunned down 4 people in ladipo. This led to protest at ladipo. Infact I was at ladipo at that time.
