well, this a true life experience i had with our daughter about 6 yrs ago now. We started noticing her having seizures about 6 to 8 months old. We took her to a consultant padetrician in UCH who told us (both me and my wife) that there is no cure for it but it can be managed. She also told us that DOCTORS only cares, it's GOD that heals. she prescribed tegretol drugs (mixtures) for our baby then. We started her on the drug and she went for some tests, part of which was EEG ( a cap with wires was placed on our baby's head and i saw some waves like movements on the computer that was being used to analyse. On hte other hands, we started prsying for our girl as a family since the doctor already told us that it can only be managed and not cure. Those years were really traumatic for us as a family as we live in pertual fear of not knowing when the next seizure will okay to the the little girl. We can even leave her alone for a long while as someone as to keep watch on her as to lay her down properly when the next seizure occurs. To cut the long story short, with the drug, we notice that seizure improve (no of times she does have seizure reduced from about once a week to about once in 2 weeks) but when we started praying (we didnt go to any special pastor to pray for us) at home with faith in God especially since there is no cure for it medically, It stopped sudddenly. Our girl is 6years now and the last time we have a record of seizure was when she was 1 yrs old. We took her for checkup and she was ceertified okay by the paedetrician. She is 6 yrs old now, very intelligent (always coming first in her class) and very smart smart. One thing i noticed about her is that she prefers story books to toys . lol.
My advice is take the person to the hospital and also don't neglect the place of prayers. God created medical but where medical stops, I know God takes over. that is why He is God. It is well.
