The box pen method is ok. Construct a pen with nets on top to allow for air. But ensure the whole sides are properly covers to avoid ants and termites penetration. Also ensure the ground is covered with loamy soil and the temperature of the pen (snail house) is dark and moist (wet) and noise free

Nigeria’s former Vice President and the 2019 PDP Presidential candidate His Excellency Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has called on the Federal Government of Nigeria to consider palliative measures to cushion the harsh effects of the Corona pandemic following Government’s Social distancing directives

The former Vice President also called on the National Assembly to reconvene plenary maybe through a teleconference and legislate for a Stimulus Package Act that will cater for all Nigerian citizens in line with the demands of social distancing.

The news was made available to NaijaTv.Net correspondents on Wednesday through his facebook page, where he made the call on both chambers of government.

Visit post office in your state or city with valid ID and tell them that you want confirm if they have recieve a letter from google on your behalf.

You can always use your ID to verify the adsense account after requesting for Pin for more than 3 times

I don't mean social media ads. I mean AdSense for website/blogs. Just like Google AdSense

For sometime now, Google AdSense program has not being flexible for users. I have requested for PIN for how long I can imagine but the PIN I don't have and they keep demanding hence my account address is not verified. I went further to create a new account, yet they detected the previous account and suggested I "Cancel" the previous account but the old account cannot be closed because I couldn't verify it. I am stocked in Google AdSense complexity. So I am asking from your experience pls kindly recommend another AdSense program I can I implement in my blog site https://www.naijatv.net

Please I need some clarification.

I have a tenant that breached one of the peaceful agreement we had when she secured my property for a period of 1year. I notified her ( although not officially) that the family is willing to refund her money to her that she should quit the property which she agreed.

But when her tenancy expires, she refused to quit the property, bragging that she will use extra 6 months and even take us to court if she's unable to secure another apartment after the extra 6months.

Did you say you entered into an agreement with her to vacate the apartment before her expiration and she consented verbally or on black and white? And after the expiration what is her reason for refusing to vacate? Can you pls be honest in responding to the questions.
