Marshal Obuzor Special Assistant to the Rivers State Governor on New Media made the disclosure on his verified Facebook handle on Thursday.

Professor Onuchukwu would be replacing his predecessor Professor Ozo-Mekuri Ndimele who was appointed by Governor Wike in 23rd November 2016.
