They are distraught over the countless Edo State young citizens who have been unjustly targeted by Detective OluwaKemi.

Detective OluwaKemi has been accused of extorting and threatening Edo State youth, forcing them into plea bargains, illegally seizing their property, and selling it off for personal gain. There have been no evidence or complaints against them, yet they are continuously labeled as 'yahoo yahoo boys'. Many innocent young citizens have been imprisoned or shot under the unjust practices of Detective OluwaKemi.

The Edo State women are calling out the criminal actions of Detective OluwaKemi and her team at the Cybercrime Section of EFCC Benin. They highlight the absence of Economic and Financial Crime Commission in Edo State, instead, they are faced with a gang led by Detective OluwaKemi who exploit and extort young citizens for personal gain. The women emphasize that profiling is not part of criminal jurisprudence, and the actions of Detective OluwaKemi must be stopped.

The Edo State women express their concerns over the impunity and brutality of Detective OluwaKemi towards the youth. They call for her removal from Edo State to ensure the safety, peace, and productivity of the community. They advocate for youth empowerment and development, condemning the profiling of young citizens which has no place in criminal justice.

As mothers and grandmothers of Edo State, they stand united in peacefully protesting against the unjust practices of Detective OluwaKemi. They urge the EFCC officials to stop the profiling of young citizens, investigate the actions of Detective OluwaKemi, and hold the institution accountable. The women call on the international community to support their cause for justice, the end of corruption in the EFCC, and the removal of Detective OluwaKemi from Edo State.

Chief Dr (Mrs) Grace Ekeyede, National Coordinator of Edo State Women For Justice (ESWJ), spearheads the movement for justice and accountability in the state.
