For Foundation to Ground floor slab, note my designed foundation is strip raft with mesh as the slab
Column and block walls partitioning to First floor slabs,
First floor slab, and same for the first floor, after all this itemized as stated,
then i need finishes cost , floor tiles , plastering , door and window, roofing and septic tanks for construction a five Bedroom duplex at Agric Ikorodu by 17 October Thursday afternoon, i hope to start work on site by ASAP Is anyone interested. You can also be my builder if only you quote is very reasonable ... please your site supervision is very important pls indicate it,

2. Registered Survey: This is a duly registered copy of the actual drawing of the property from the Surveyor General's Office. It shows your ownership claim and actual size of your property. You will receive it on completion of all payment and survey plan fees.

3. Deed of Assignment: This is a document giving you total right of the plot(s) of property you now own. You will receive two weeks from the completion of payment.

4. Approved Layout: This document shows how the property will be laid out and the specific location of the important Land marks on the site like specific plots, blocks, road network, Recreational parks e.t.c. You will be able to select your plot from this layout once you complete your payment.

We are currently working on a number of high quality branded developments in Lagos, Calabar and Abuja. The experience and knowledge base which we bring to our designs can benefit you significantly in a fast, well-conceived, and cost effective design for your project. We are pleased to offer you a proposal to provide design and build consultancy service on your Project. Our services shall be in stages.
