HELLO NL FAMILY PLEASE I NEED YOUR ADVICE ON THE ISSUE THAT HAS BEEN DISTURB MY MIND FOR THE PAST 6MONTH NOW, PHCN DISCONNECT MY APPARTMENT LIGHT IN MARCH THIS YEAR BECAUSE OF MY OUTSTANDING PAYMENT AFTER THEN I TRY TO VISIT THERE OFFICE FOR THE RECONNECTION THEY ASK ME TO PAY MY BILL WHICH I DID INCLUNDING RECONNECTION FEES OF 2K WHICH I PAY 4K BUT THIS PHCN DINT COME AND CONNECT MY LIGHT BACK I HAVE CALL THE MAN IN CHARGE MANY TIME BUT THEY KEEP BRINGING BILL FOR MY APPARTMENT BUT I DINT PAY BECAUSE I DINT USED ANY LIGHT I TRY TO MEET THE MARKETING MANAGER AFTER 5MONTH HE ASK THEM TO CONNECT MY LIGHT AFTER 5DAYS AGAIN THEY DISCONNECT MY LIGHT AGAIN BUT NOW THE MARKETING MANAGER IS NOT ARROUND NOW AND AM A VERY BUSSY PERSON, PLEASE I NEED YOUR ADVICE FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT HAVE SEMILAR CASE LIKE MY OWN, I DONT WANT TO PAY THIS BILL BECAUSE I DIN'T USED THE LIGHT WHO SHOULD I WRITE?WHAT NEXT STEPSHOULD I TAKE?
