I would like to make an inquiry:

I am a Nigerian and I have an expatriate with whom we want to form a company together in Nigeria.

Currently, the expatriate is in Nigeria with a valid STR visa. He works as an employee in a company in Nigeria.

My questions are:
1.What are the steps involved in registering this type of company?

2. What kind of permit will the expatriate need to get to cover him in Nigeria?

3. After incorporating the new company, will he be able to get back to Nigeria without difficulty if he travels back to his home country when his current STR expires?

4. What are the likely fees for this?
