"A new study on half a million adults has come up with some interesting results. After 7 years the health status of the adults was checked. The results showed that those who ate spicy food 3-7 days a week were 14% less likely to die than those who did not eat as much pepper-rich food. The scientists also found that diseases such as cancer, heart and respiratory diseases were less likely to be the cause of death for chilli-loving group." I'm increasing my intake! ![]() Source: http://mywekutastes.com/how-pepper-soup-will-save-your-life/ |
Lisbon was not on my radar at all. However, after being convinced to visit I gave it a go and it was fantastic. If anybody else here has been feel free to tell us about what you liked the most and if you haven't been feel free to ask questions about what it was like etc. This was my experience in full here - http://mywekutastes.com/10-incredible-things-to-do-in-lisbon/
