NaijaNaWaa: They have created a dangerous precedent. If I were Mr. Egbetokun, I would've respectfully rejected the unjust tenure elongation. Without being told, it's obvious that he knows that he is in deep crisis of legitimacy which affects his confidence and the respect he deserves from policeman under him.
Besides, such blatant illegalities rarely end well for the beneficiaries. Did you read the statement by the Police at all. We have the highest police officer appointed as IG while they are nearing retirement, they get to leave before making any reasonable impact. In 2020 the National Assembly thought it wise to change this. What precedence are you taking about. It’s either we have it like this or you select a junior officer as IG. The implication will be for senior ones to be put to forced retirement. Which is better. The law was amended since 2020, Sowore knows but will want the gullible obidense to be deceived |

And just as Sowore rightly stated, that PRO should not be found any where near serious business The court case is a different one. Wise up. I know Sowore just want to be in the news so the grants will keep flowing. |
