I need help on what to do. My phone downloads some unknown files anytime I switch my data on or connect via WiFi. I just see '10009_4.jar' download complete. If I delete, it downloads again and in multiples. Many ads pop up too which I don't know how to trace the app causing it, please help.

Don't save what is left after spending... spend what is left after saving. In other words, no matter how small it may seem, try to safe a certain amount (say between 5-7k) monthly REGULARLY. Put it in your other account and act like the account doesn't exist. It takes discipline to do such but you can achieve that goal pending the time you get a higher paying job.

N.B. The higher your income, the higher your expenses. If you don't get used to saving now, even if u start earning 200k monthly, to save would be a challenge for you, so act now.

See what a student preparing for WAEC wrote in a chemistry exam. Can this kind of student pass?

I got an alert from Stanbic IBTC now that N 50 had been debited to my account being CBN stamp duty. But:

1). The said account is a savings account.
2). The last deposit to the said account was sometimes in Dec 2015
3). The most recent transaction in the said account was a withdrawal via an ATM on Feb 6 of this year.

Based on my understanding of the new stamp duty policy, I don't think I have done any transaction that warrants being debited for stamp duty or is there a new directive concerning the stamp duty?
How can I get this N 50 back if it was illegally deducted?

A young school girl was kidnapped this morning by 3 guys along road 7 area of Ile ife and taken to Mokuro area of the town where it is suspected they wanted to kill the girl as the place is a little secluded. Two of the guys were identified by onlookers to be sons of notable persons in the town. Policemen from Moore divisional police station whisked them away, but not after yours truly took a snapshot of the kidnappers.
