Dual Core: Its not a bad idea at all if the "paid templates" where actually paid for and the developer knew how to customise the "paid template" without having to resort to another "paid template" hoping that's what the client wants.

In your case those templates were not bought by you, we both know warez. Please don't argue this point, you have a warez profile on this board.

By using warez'd templates on commercial sites you put your client at the risk of a DMCA take down by the owner of the stolen template.

the domain name is already with her. she is aware that NDUKA transferred it from my account. also assuming the request for refund is done outside this. it will be a different matter and quicker, but the damages this thread has cost, you don't expect me to use happy and smiling face to make refund. every company have their terms.

a client need a cms site running on joomla or wordpress, this site has a magazine layout of net-a-porter.com and s shopping layout of gilt.com and this project is not limited to fashion only, but a versatile of niche. within two weeks and need a custom work.

due to the TIME and BUDGET involved, is it a bad idea to use a PAID( not free) template and customized it to perfect the need of a client? and i don't see using template a bad idea for timed projects. even big firms use templates. even you and you, use templates. one way or the other you use one third-party scripts or the other.

and for those who have projects for me. you can use ESCROW SERVICE.
ask and use any top-level member to be your escrow man in NL, pay to him and create a thread regarding the project. you can mail me details of the project. and after i finish the project. you are satisfied with it. then report back to escrow man that i did your job and you are sanctified. the ask escrow man to pay me.

why are you talking like this? uunista.com is registered and hosted by me. since i had issues with my hosting. i told this ''THIRD PARTY'' to make payment for me because i do pay with liberty reserve, he has LR and instead of paying, he went to transfer the domain from my account to his because i gave him all the details. i think i can trust him as a friend. this same person lure @varies1 to do all this nonsense, this same person is the one tarnishing my image here and there just to get jobs.

this website uunista.com is hosted in one of my servers. this servers has 7 websites in it. all the seven websites is down. she is not the only one here and why is she saying i scam her? it seems i didn't understand the word ''SCAM''
