You said that EVs are a huge money pit with the exception of Tesla and as a former Tesla owner, I’m here to tell you that you’re absolutely wrong. Teslas have numerous pitfalls, including things that should be simple like bodywork after an accident. You also seemed to skip over the part where I said that the warranties are much more comprehensive, most covering the entire vehicle for up to 100,000 miles with extended warranties available which makes them much cheaper and easier to maintain/operate.
During the ice storms of the last two years, so many EV owners were able to get warm by sitting in their vehicles and using the heaters because the charges lasted for days while power was being restored to homes. The advantages outweigh the disadvantages.
You’re saying electricity rates should rise so it seems as though you don’t understand that not all models are charged the same way and hybrids don’t require plugging in to charge.

That's the personal business of both hunter Biden and his business partners, unless of course you can prove that the business itself involved criminal activities, or you can prove that hunter Biden gave bribes or kick backs to his father for specific government projects or to influence specific government politicies. There might be some conflict of interest issues, which is yet to be completely settled according to the US constitution. Donald Trump was still the principal owner of the Trump organisation and foreign leaders and business men lodged in Trump Hotels. Even civil service officers guarding the foreign dignitaries were lodged in Trump Hotels at government expenses. Conflict of interest situations like this needs to be settled constitutionally.
