If you buy a locked device At&t Sprint Verizon, one can get the Rsim 12 or 14 insert the sim card with the Rsim on the sim tray into the device

Edit some settings and the network will come up

Does this mean that you can use an a kicked device effortlessly as if it is factory unlock, and when The type of Rsim one is using stop working (get blocked) you get another on that is working.

Once you unlock with chip... you're good to go and if you're changing sim then you will need to change iccid... that's all
