I had a buy and was looking for wese90 contact , the seller offered me his contact .

We almost traded , I had problems transferring to Paycom account using UBA .

I told them , when I came back to the group after several tries , the discussion had been deleted and everyone is wiped out .

Emmy96 and I made a payment for 12 PCs of 12 pro max,(8 for Emmy, 4pcs for me) and 12pcs of 12 pro (6pcs for Emmy,6pcs for me) to fabsy (Baltimore picker) on November 2020( on or before 15th November) am sure.On 15th ( Monday)
Which he went to the store so he said he can only pick two devices daily and as at the 6th day he claimed the he has picked all the items.... before the complete 12 pro max was picked he has shipped the 12 pro and he delivered 11 remaining 1 as we rightly know that the 12 pro Max was released last...after the complete store pickup emmy96 transferred ownery of the his 8pcs for me .Now getting to ship the item he said he gonna ship them the following week which I did ask and he confirmed he has shipped them.All.through December I was asking and asking this guy where are my items he keep telling me different kind of stories.later he came up with another story telling me he shipped the items on badges for security reasons.The first batch came he said there are no phones there, the second week came he delivered 4pcs of 12 pro max now just this week the last badge came in he said there was one blah blah blah that 5pcs is available and so on and so forth
.Fellow nairalanders you can imagine my patience up till date now point of collecting the remaining items he's telling stories again.another annoying part is that of his handler.(effects) To be honest I realised he's been strong of recent and I realised he's been stressed on this issue.now me wanting to pick the available 5pcs of 12 pro max a d 1pc of 12pro he's not be picking my calls I tried calling him with another line and immediately he hears my voice he drops the call.......

My fellow nairalanders that what am facing and I need help ooooo


NB :All this items are sold already as semi Ain and this has caused of lot hassles for me....even leading to police case and he saw for himself when they came to arrest me just this last week Monday..... please I need help ooo

The seller is not fulfilling the request, and since the buyer is no longer interested in the deal why would you need the seller to approve that when he can't provide any proof of fund sent.

Is it by force the seller has to sell to buyer, his dealing is shady and you are aiding him

Braindee advertise that he has PayPal for sales yesterday morning and I messaged him for fund we agree he will send 500 USD to my PayPal and we engaged wese90 as escrow. Since yesterday he haven't send my money, after so much pressure he started telling me that he buys PayPal from all over the world and that he have sent bitcoin but it hasn't been confirmed on Blockchain. I told him I don't want that kind of fund and cos it's a third party transaction and I can't take that fund. He told me I don't have right to say that. I told him if the fund enters my account I will refund back to the account that sent the money and I'll collect my money back from escrow. He told me he will give me another account to refund to incase i need to refund. I told him that I can't send the money to any other account other than the account that sent the money. I don't want stolen fund or money from yahoo client. The only thing stopping me from collecting my money back is the nairaland MOD. Wese90 said he can't only send me my money if we both agree or nairaland MOD for business section review and approve. I need my 190k back. Up till now nothing entered my PayPal.
