Many of us hv bn askng certain questions like 'should we express our emotions openly', 'thorough details', 'helping people',.......... et al; dese are questions of emotional stability, agreeability, analytic prowess, conscientousness..... et al & I tink gettng it right or wrong naw is not as imprtnt as wh@s next. I dnt tink PwC will nt entertain all d (32) traits 2 b testd, rather it 'll b streamlind to 3 Attributes whc 4ms deir core value, (Leadership, Teamwork & Excellence). To me I view d whole recruitment exercise 4rm 2 angle.
1, I just hope SHL dont do d analysis, & select dose d@ met d requird personality to fit in PwC cos d@ could be brutal,
D 2nd I see is d@ SHL would rather gv d result 2 PwC HR (Human Capital) of every1, who inturn 'll den select d 1ns 2 test futher or test all again like d 'verification' test.
Naw wh@ I expect we all to hope & pray is d 2nd option cos it 'll gv us d optunty 2 show our real we & buy their sympaty if d test was actualy woeful or @least, it gvs a 2nd chance cos d@ psyco test was nthng near d IDEAL personality we would love 2 present considrng d time.
So I suggest fingers crossd while we prepare & build our (LEADERSHIP TEAMPLAYNG & ECELLENCE) Attributes so d@ wen we get d oppotunty 2 'verify' d Psyco test, we maximise it.

The most disturbing is the degree/cert title field where one is only allowed to type in a number. Pls wat number will dat be. Any1 should pls help. Thnx.

Bt gv dem a reason to pay U well so make it look like a choice U decided 4 dem

U might choose to be specific bt wit my expirience during KPMG recruitment, I choos to be understandable like saying 'commensurate' & wen asked if it was negotiable I chose 'no' because its depends on what U want 2 benefit 4rm PwC, I mean 'experience wise'. But as I said, Ur choice bt just make sure U can defend anythng U choose.
