Our client, is in search of a school principal and a fine art teacher at a secondary school located on the lagos mainland
The school Principal serves as the educational leader, responsible for managing the policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe learning environment that meets the approved curricula and mission of the school.

Achieving academic excellence requires that the school Principal work collaboratively to direct and nurture all members of the school staff hired by the Director/Propietress and to communicate effectively with parents. Inherent in the position are the responsibilities for scheduling, curriculum development, extracurricular activities, personnel management, emergency procedures, and facility operations.

Job description Facilitates the development of programs and monitors implementation of curriculum that meets the needs of all the student

Apart from extensive knowledge in art, the teacher must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to interact and have a successful collaboration with students.

Key Responsibilities include:
Establish, develop and implement art curriculum and course materials for each year
Give lectures to fine art students
Explain different art elements
Teach students how to express themselves through art
Teach and demonstrate various techniques and methods of painting, sketching, designing, sculpting, etc
Maintain file art record and art portfolios of students
Evaluate and grade art students
Provide necessary support and meet student's instructional needs
Provide art supplies and necessary materials (raw materials, books, etc)
Assist and provide the school administration in preparing art classes
Organize contests and art exhibitions

Excellent teaching skills
